Painuly.com (“we” or “our”) respects your privacy. We have designed our News App so that no personal data is collected from users. This policy explains what data (if any) the App collects and how it is used.

No Personal Data Collected

We do not ask for or store any personal information. You are not required to create an account or log in to use the App. We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, or any other personal identifiers. Your use of the App is anonymous by default.

Anonymous Usage Data

We use Google Analytics to gather statistics on App usage. Google Analytics collects data such as how often the App is opened, which articles are read, device type, and general location (country or city based on IP). No personal or identifying information is collected. The data is aggregated and anonymized; it cannot be used to identify you personally. No In-App Purchases or Ads

Since the App is free and contains no ads, no subscriptions, and no in-app purchases, we do not process any payment or billing information. We do not collect credit card information or any payment data because no payments are made through the App.

No User-Provided Content

The App does not accept user-submitted content or comments. You cannot upload text, photos, or other content. As a result, we collect no data from user contributions. We only display content created by Painuly.com’s editorial team.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The App may use basic cookies or similar local storage only for technical purposes (for example, to remember user preferences) and for Google Analytics. These cookies do not contain personal data. You can disable cookies in your device settings, but this may affect performance.

Third-Party Services

Apart from Google Analytics, we do not use any third-party SDKs or services that collect data. We do not embed third-party content (like videos) that might track you. In short, Painuly.com does not share any personal data with third parties, because we have none to share.

The anonymous analytics data collected is retained only as long as needed to improve our service. We do not keep any personal data on file because we never collect it.

We may update this Privacy Policy if our practices change (for instance, if we add a new feature). Any updates will be posted within the App. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated policy.
